Hidden Still announces their first release of bourbon whiskey

Posted on Comments Off on Hidden Still announces their first release of bourbon whiskey

This much anticipated release of Pennsylvania bourbon is going to be made at the Pennsylvania Spirits Convention by Hidden Still!  70% corn, 20%rye and 10% barley, this classic style bourbon has been sleeping in barrels just waiting to be poured…

Located in the heart of Lebanon County PA, Dave Stein’s Hidden Still Distillery continues the long history of distilling spirits in the area which can be dated back to 1753.  They are the first craft distillery in Lebanon County since Prohibition.  The name “Hidden Still” itself is derived from how the process of distilling spirits had been conducted many times  throughout history.  The distillery is located in a stunningly restored building and there is a lot of room for growth! Come taste this amazing new release.
